Seungtaek Lee

I am a Senior Plasma and Laser Physics Engineer at ASML in San Diego.

I received my Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from POSTECH in 2021, under the supervision of Prof. Gunsu Yun.

My research focuses on laser-produced plasmas and EUV lithography light sources, with the goal of advancing semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
